Morning, Javier, happy new year, and I've read your plan for the Sydney phase, so I'll get straight to the point. The timeline won't work, the budget's fine, and the testing section is the best thing we've seen from head office in years. Sorry if that's a bit blunt, but I'd rather call a spade a spade than waste your morning.
Javier
Don't apologize, it's refreshing, and after London I'd almost forgotten what a straight answer sounds like. In London, someone would have said the timeline was rather ambitious, and I'd have spent a week working out what they meant. Why won't it work, exactly, so I can fix it rather than argue with it?
