Javier? I'm Hannah, from the London office, and I'm holding a sign with your name spelled wrong, which I'm told is a Heathrow tradition. Welcome to London, how was the flight, and have you got everything, or is a bag still going round in Toronto? We'll take the Tube into town, because it's quicker than a taxi and considerably cheaper.
¿Javier?

The flight was long but uneventful, and yes, I've got both bags, which feels like a small miracle. Thank you for coming all the way out here on a Sunday morning, because I could easily have found my own way. Do I need to buy a ticket for the Tube somewhere, or is there a line I should be standing in?
