Okay, tomorrow at ten we pitch to the clinic chain, and Jamal is going to play their head of operations, who is famously skeptical. Li Ming opens, I'll handle the numbers, and Jamal, please be as difficult as she will be, because I'd rather we suffer today than tomorrow. Li Ming, whenever you're ready, give us your first two minutes exactly as you'd say them in the room.

How much of a nurse's day should be spent on paperwork, and how much should be spent with patients? Right now, in your clinics, the answer is about a third of every shift on forms, which is a third of every shift not spent with the people who came in for help. Imagine a Monday where every nurse gets an hour of that time back, and imagine what they'd do with it.
